New UCLA Study Says South Bay Clean Power is Right for Santa Monica. Most Powerful Tool for Cutting Greenhouse Gas Emissions

We’ve had an advance look at the 2015 UCLA Practicum Report for The City of Santa Monica – Reducing Greenhouse Gas Emissions produced by UCLA Institute of Environment and Sustainability under the direction of Juan Matute.  It’s a blockbuster report full of extraordinary data that will help decision makers in the region with energy planning.
