Here at the Redondo Beach City Council chamber we just witnessed the 5-0 unanimous vote to pass the a resolution to participate in a Community Choice Aggregation feasibility study, joining Santa Monica, Manhattan Beach and Hermosa Beach. We appreciated the opportunity Councilmember Bill Brand gave us to explain the program.
