On Tuesday, August 12, South Bay Clean Power Working Group Chair, Joe Galliani, presented a presentation on the South Bay Clean Power initiative and publicly asked the City to pass the non-binding no cost resolution to participate in a CCA feasibility plan.  Gardena Council member Mark Henderson was kind enough to extend the invitation to share our information with his fellow City Council members and Mayor Paul Tanaka and here’s what we said.
